ORIGIN/CAUSE INVESTIGATION
ISE provides origin/cause investigations for damage from fire or extreme heat, smoke and combustion.
Fires can result from faulty wiring, owner carelessness, lightning, defective appliances, or any number of other causes. Using a multi-disciplinary approach, our staff of qualified inspectors and engineers examines and analyzes failures, and can isolate the cause of fire damage to help settle claims fairly and quickly.
Infrared Imaging
ISE investigators are able to employ a wide range of sophisticated tools to determine cause of failure. Among them is Infrared (IR) imaging which allows us to determine the source of fires in electrical panels, equipment, appliances, motors, and more. By being able to "look inside," we can save valuable time and money.
